Kozmik Classics is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We currently ship exclusively within Canada, ensuring a streamlined and efficient shipping process for all our Canadian customers.

Shipping Areas

  • At this time, we only ship within Canada. International shipping is not available.
  • Please note that there may be shipping restrictions on certain products, which will be noted on the product page or during checkout.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are based on the shipping method chosen and your shipping address.
  • Standard Shipping: Typically, orders will arrive within 1-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional charge, with an estimated delivery provided at checkout.

Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

  • Kozmik Classics is not liable for any products damaged or lost items during shipping. However, If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we may be able to resolve the issue before you have to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us or filing a claim with the courier.
