We currently ship to customers across Canada and the United States. If you're outside of Canada or the United States and are interested in placing an order, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days after dispatch.

4. How are the products sourced?

All products are carefully curated and imported directly from reputable distributors and manufacturers abroad. We ensure authenticity and quality with every shipment.

5. What if an item I want is out of stock?

We regularly restock popular items. If something you love is sold out, feel free to join our email list or follow us on social media to be the first to know when it's back.

6. Do you offer subscription boxes?

7. Are your products safe and within expiry?

Absolutely. All items are inspected before shipping to ensure freshness and compliance with Canadian food standards. Expiry dates are always checked before shipment.

8. Can I request specific snacks or brands?

Yes! We welcome requests. Use our Contact Page to let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll do our best to bring it in.

9. What is your return or refund policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
